About

The mission behind Helix

For humans who keep improving.

01 · Why it exists

The double fracture: health in silos, attention monetized.

You're asked to manage your health across ten apps that never talk to each other: one for sleep, one for heart, one for food, one for supplements, one for blood work, a subreddit for the tribe.

The result: dumb scores, silos, and networks that monetize whatever time you have left to improve.

Helix starts from a simple principle: everything is interdependent. The value isn't "one more module" — it's the link between your signals, your strategy, and people who genuinely improve.

02 · The founder

Théo Sans

Founder · Helix

Théo Sans grew up in Port-Leucate, where the factory and the field matter more than degrees. No higher education in the family. For him, early on: an obsession with systems — how pieces fit together, reinforce each other, break.

Diagnosed autistic and gifted, he doesn't frame it as a wound or a badge. It's a way of seeing: big-picture vision on one side, a demand for precision on the other. The same eye that, in Helix, connects a night's sleep, magnesium timing, a meal and a pack — instead of leaving you alone with dead charts.

Before Helix, he had already proven he could build: large-scale online communities, a BTS Communication degree finished top of his class, then a deliberate switch to engineering to align strategy with technique.

He knows the mechanics of attention. That's exactly why Helix refuses to be one.

Helix isn't just another side project. It's the tool he wishes he'd had earlier: a system connecting biological data, real progress and tribe — no infinite scroll, no magic promises, no ranking you against the world.

For him, optimizing rhymes with freedom and clarity. Taking back control of your environment, your body, and the tools you let into your life.

Today he's building Helix while training to master every layer of it. Not for gratuitous performance. So that improving your body no longer happens alone, across ten apps, or inside a feed that steals your time.

03 · What it changes in the product

Every product choice is proof of the mission.

  • A score that learns your baselines, not a leaderboard. Missing data = lower precision, never a punishment.

  • Pillars that talk to each other: nutrition × stack × timing, not five apps glued together.

  • Anti-dopamine by design: pack first, challenges and IRL — not a network built to kill time.

  • Sovereignty: local-first health data, full export, GDPR by design. Educational framework, not a medical device.

04 · The 10-year vision

The health passport for humans who keep improving.

The ambition: to become the reference health passport in Europe — and the reference community for serious biohacking. Not one more app in the store: the place where your biology, your strategy and your tribe live together.

Every logged day builds an asset you own: years of personal baselines. Eventually — and only if you choose — that data depth will make it possible to detect weak signals no annual check-up can see.

Your long-term data is yours. It will only ever work for you.

“Optimizing isn't performing for performance's sake. It's taking back control of your time, your body, and the tools you use.”
